Position: Ads Creative Strategist (Online/Offline)
Job Overview: We seek a highly creative, data-driven UGC Script & Concept Master to enhance our Meta advertising strategy. You will craft compelling, authentic user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our target audience and increases conversion rates. Your role involves creating engaging narratives, innovative concepts, and persuasive scripts that convert customer experiences into powerful ads.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Ideation: Develop original UGC concepts aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals. Generate engaging content ideas for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). Stay updated on social media trends to identify new opportunities.
- Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write persuasive scripts that communicate product benefits and drive conversions. Ensure scripts are authentic, relatable, and tailored to target audiences. Develop variations for A/B testing.
- UGC Production Guidance: Provide clear directions to creators, develop shot lists and briefs, collaborate to refine content, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with Traffic, marketing, creative, and media teams to align strategies. Communicate effectively with UGC creators, present performance reports, and stay compliant with Meta's policies.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in high-performing UGC content creation for Meta ads
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Strong social media trend awareness and understanding of user behavior
- Data analysis skills for campaign optimization
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing and understanding advertising metrics
- Knowledge of video editing and production is a plus
