The Job
Position : Admissions Counselor / Sales / Student Recruitment
Main Activities :
- Call prospective students seeking education at the university level, assist in the enrollment process.
- Achieve weekly recruitment goals.
- Candidates must be fully fluent with native English pronunciation. Join a university in the USA with a 20+ year history and participate in the global economy.
- Work remotely from home; no travel, commuting, or relocation required. The company provides training, prospects / candidates, support from supervisors, a telephone for calls, a customer management platform, and other tools such as automated / mass emails and video chat.
- Collaborate remotely with staff and facilitate the enrollment of qualified students worldwide. As an admissions representative, you will be assigned prospective students / candidates throughout the day to contact via telephone.
- Prospects / candidates are obtained 100% from the university's website after they complete a contact request form and are distributed in real time. You will engage with many prospects globally, learning about their cultures, interests, goals, and career plans.
- You will evaluate and qualify candidates for admission and facilitate the registration / enrollment process. If you meet the following characteristics and wish to be an educational ambassador, this could be your career path.
The Profile
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of Customer Service, Sales, and / or Telemarketing experience
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate with personnel worldwide
- High volume of outbound calls : 70-100 per day
- Stable internet connection with minimum 5MB / s download and 1MB / s upload speed
- Computer / PC with authentic Windows 7 or higher, minimum 4GB RAM, and a 2.0GHz processor. Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, and Word
