Position: Admissions & Marketing Manager (Admissions, Marketing, PR and Communications)

Reporting to: Business and Operations Manager / Head of School

As the Admissions & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the school's vision to prospective families, stakeholders, and the wider community. You will be responsible for overseeing admissions, marketing, and communications, ensuring that RWIS is positioned as a leading choice for future-focused, inquiry-based education in the region.

Position Scope

• Admissions: Develop and implement a highly effective admissions strategy, supported by relevant policies and procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process, ensuring a high rate of conversion from enquiry to enrollment. Organize and lead school tours, open days, and orientation events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions data using Veracross and provide regular reports to the Head of School. Collaborate with academic staff and families to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families.
• Marketing & Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to promote The RWIS Way! both locally and internationally. Manage the school's digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
