About the job

We are seeking a dynamic Admissions Counsellor to join our growing multicultural team at the Barcelona campus. This role involves:

  1. Providing personalized counselling to prospective students and their families via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Managing the entire student enrollment process from initial contact to arrival.
  3. Conducting interviews, organizing campus visits, reviewing application materials, and assisting in admissions decisions.
  4. CRM data entry and management.
  5. Participating in on-campus and off-campus events to promote the EU brand.
  6. Achieving KPI targets to optimize application management and performance goals.
  7. Providing feedback to the marketing team to enhance student acquisition strategies.
About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for sales and customer service, with strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • An optimistic, autonomous personality comfortable engaging with international prospects making significant decisions about their future.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, organization, and engagement skills.
  • A result-oriented mindset with persuasive skills to successfully recruit top talent.
Requirements
  • Valid work permit and immediate availability.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales or similar roles; experience in education is a plus.
  • Native or advanced (C1) English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
