Under the supervision of the Admissions Manager, within the admissions team, he/she will provide administrative support to the assigned region/s, including general functions in phone customer service, accounting-numeracy, etc. to give the most appropriate response to both our internal and external customer requirements and to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
