Solution Software Architect – Technology Strategy & Development

About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Software Architect to drive technology strategy, solution architecture, and DevOps best practices within our team. This role requires a visionary thinker who can design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the solution architecture and roadmap for proposed solutions.
• Design, debug, and perform performance analysis on software solutions.
• Document and share best practices for new implementations.
• Advocate for process improvements and contribute to solution development.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate solution designs from other team members.
• Automate processes using appropriate tools.
• Implement and streamline DevOps practices.
• Establish continuous integration & deployment environments to accelerate software development.
• Support operations and development teams in troubleshooting challenges.
• Define and manage DevOps processes and operations.

Profile & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Software Architect.
• Expertise in modern software architectures, including Infrastructure-as-Code and PaaS / SaaS architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• Experience with Azure resources, Azure Databases, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
