Hays is seeking proactive and organized individuals for a front office administrative role in Bilbao. You will be responsible for customer reception, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to various departments. This full-time position requires a strong command of English and Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, and is open to candidates with a disability certification.

Formación

  • B2/C1 level of English required.
  • Good level of Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer reception service and attending incoming calls
  • Coordination of interview/meeting rooms
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Order office supply
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Petty cash management
  • Correspondance management: invoices, notifications, cheques, etc.
  • Management of company cars fleet: garage appointments, Kms, etc.
  • General support to Marketing, HR, Procurement and Compliance departments
  • Liaise with the IT Helpdesk
  • English tests to candidates

Requirements

Level of English B2/C1
Good level of Office Suite (PowerPoint especially)
Full time role: Monday-Thursday. 09.30 - 18.30, Friday 09.00 - 18.00
Salary: 18.000€
