CTIcontrol is a brand of technology for the farming sector present in more than 30 countries. Our company is in Santomera, Murcia. We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous and responsible Administrative Assistant to join our Export Department. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative experience within an export or international trade environment and demonstrate a professional command of English. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and provide support to international clients.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders from export markets.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to international shipments and export procedures.
  • Assist the domestic (Spanish) customer service and administration team when needed.
  • Support in the creation and organization of product catalogues and company documents.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an export or international trade department.
  • High level in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in ERP software
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed annual salary between 18.000 and 21,000 according to experience + variable performance-based bonus if the export department meets its targets.
