At Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, we are specialists in the manufacture and commercialization of medical and healthcare gases. We manufacture and supply medical gases; we develop, install, maintain equipment, and propose essential solutions for their proper use.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Supporting administrative and telephone tasks according to established procedures by Air Liquide for all activities carried out at the workplace, always maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Providing correct assistance to clients/patients/internal staff by offering all necessary information to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth administrative operations following AL procedures.
• Performing all necessary administrative assistance for clients/patients.
• Maintaining continuous and adequate telephone attention.
• Handling client/patient complaints in coordination with the patient care department and taking corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.
• Keeping user documentation updated and ensuring compliance with LOPD.
• Informing your hierarchical supervisor of any incidents during service delivery.
• Participating in other administrative tasks within the Delegation.
• Complying with quality standards, IMS, and good practices.
• Adhering to the use of work tools policies.
