As an Administrative Technician, you will be part of the team in charge of the administrative management of our centers (Barcelona & Vallromanes).
You will also be responsible for preparing payment forecasts and remittances, processing client refunds, incidents related to gift cards, billing, etc., and contacting banks to deposit cash.
A significant part of this role involves billing control, including tracking cash/credit card sales and bank collections with our ERP system, and collecting and filing them according to company standards.
You will act as the first point of contact for suppliers, managing invoices, delivery notes, and resolving related issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming suppliers and facilitating deliveries as needed.
