En este rol apoyarás áreas administrativas para diferentes negocios, mantendrás relaciones con clientes y colaborarás con el equipo de ventas para resolver incidencias y avanzar proyectos.

Buscamos experiencia en administración, habilidades organizativas y manejo de SAP/Excel, con inglés intermedio.

Formación

• Titulación superior técnica en administración de empresas o campo relacionado.
• Experiencia de al menos 1 año en un puesto administrativo es valorada.
• Se valora experiencia interactuando con clientes y apoyando a equipos de ventas.
• Fuerte organización y enfoque al cliente.
• Conocimientos de SAP y Excel son útiles.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar servicios en áreas administrativas para negocios relevantes y atender necesidades actuales identificando brechas.
• Realizar tareas con alta calidad para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Gestionar una cartera de clientes, monitorizar facturas vencidas y próximas a vencer.
• Contactar con clientes para resolver consultas y incidencias de forma oportuna.
• Preparar y participar en reuniones de revisión con los Gerentes de Área de Ventas.

Support Services Specialist

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work Model

• Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements.
• Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing a portfolio of customers, including the monitoring and follow-up of overdue invoices and invoices approaching their due dates.
• Liaising with customers to resolve queries, issues, and outstanding incidents in a timely manner.
• Preparing for and participating in regular review and follow-up meetings with Area Sales Managers.
• Providing administrative support to the sales organization and customers, including processing commercial credit notes and handling customer order-related issues.

Qualifications For The Role

• Higher Vocational Grade in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience of at least one year in an administrative role is desirable.
• Experience interacting with customers and supporting sales teams would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel will be valuable.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
