Thermal Works LLC - Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator – EU Support

Thermal Works LLC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator – EU Support, a professional who will serve as the first point of contact for European customers and staff, coordinating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to company leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up on appointments.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for EU-based customers, handling inbound calls and coordinating communication.
  3. Maintain organized records and support documentation across teams.
  4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  5. Organize office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning.
  6. Coordinate logistics and meeting agendas, including follow-ups.
  7. Support interdepartmental communication on projects and operational updates.
  8. Handle general administrative duties, including travel planning and CRM data entry.
  9. Occasional travel to customer sites and company events may be required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in an administrative coordinator role, preferably in data centers or energy sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe tools.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and across departments.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and to the U.S. as needed.
