Your Tasks
  • Maintaining departmental records and databases (including organizing archives)
  • Managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
  • Coordinating agendas, preparing meetings, and taking minutes
  • Acting as liaison both internally and externally; serving as the first point of contact for Pilatus Ibérica
  • Supporting administrative tasks, reports, and presentations
What we look for
  • Commercial or administrative education
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate and international environment
  • High level of English (C1), German (B2/C1), and Spanish (fluent), both spoken and written, with a strong affinity for communication
  • High proficiency with digital tools (MS Office) and common business software (e.g., Microsoft Teams); social media management (LinkedIn) is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) is a clear advantage
  • Strong service orientation, reliability, flexibility, and absolute discretion
