Sales Support Associate

Location: Onsite: Toledo, OH

Pay: $23/HR

Purpose of the Job

This position provides administrative assistance for the Foam Sales organization to enable sales professionals to spend more time with customers. The Sales Support Associate is the first point of contact for the sales team and is responsible for disseminating information. The ideal candidate is a team player, an active learner, adaptable to change, and proactive in eliminating waste in organizational processes.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Service the Sales Team by coordinating meetings, customer events, and conferences.
  2. Assist with trade shows and industry events, including booking, materials, and attendee coordination.
  3. Maintain sales team communication lists, rosters, and shared folders.
  4. Manage customer profiles and follow-up documentation.
  5. Coordinate the annual National Sales meeting with the FOAM Administrative Coordinator.
  6. Support customer events, including location, communication, registration, and catering.
  7. Assist with trade show logistics and presence.
  8. Handle contractor events, conference calls, and promotional material orders.
  9. Support sales team with graphics, print jobs, and navigating systems like OC, BI, and Concur.
  10. Manage regional membership dues, seasonal tickets, and promo tracking.
  11. Research and escalate inquiries related to toolbox orders and literature/sample availability.
  12. Coordinate with FOAM Sales Operations on territories, customer requests, and mailings.
  13. Assist with travel arrangements and manage agent pricing documents.
  14. Use CRM tools to track opportunities and participate in testing and learning new systems.
  15. Identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and develop standard practices.
  16. Educate sales team on tools like Power BI and MyOC.
  17. Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting a sales organization administratively.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics and CRM systems.
Additional Details:

This role is based in Toledo, OH, with in-office expectations of at least 3 days per week.

Experience:
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven project management and event organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting field sales and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is beneficial.
