A leading global performance marketing agency is looking for an administrative professional to be the key liaison in their vibrant office in Barcelona. You will support the executive team, organize team events, and define administrative best practices while ensuring a welcoming work environment. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Formación

Your Impact

Based in our vibrant Barcelona office, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the executive level while contributing to the energy and efficiency of our local office environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a key liaison—managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare business documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lead and support the Barcelona office management team, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace.
  • Organize and coordinate office-related events and initiatives that foster team culture and collaboration.
  • Help define and implement best practices in administrative processes across the region.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to support seamless executive operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
