Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position offers many advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of the English language, be highly organized, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts

Physical Requirements

This is a sedentary role in a professional office environment. Employees will sit/stand for long periods, operate computers and office equipment, and occasionally move around the office. Lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
