Your Impact

Based in our vibrant Barcelona office, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the executive level while also contributing to the energy and efficiency of our local office environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a key liaison—managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare business documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lead and support the Barcelona office management team, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace.
  • Organize and coordinate office-related events and initiatives that foster team culture and collaboration.
  • Help define and implement best practices in administrative processes across the region.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA to support seamless executive operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365.
