Appian’s Solution Engineering team is growing! This role requires someone comfortable with both business processes and customer service. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about learning and capable of creating and executing business processes that improve customer experience.
You are a people-person passionate about customer experience.
You build collaborative and constructive relationships across functions.
You are vocal and solution-oriented when identifying business processes that impact customer experience.
You have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and technical aptitude.
You possess an associate or bachelor’s degree (STEM is a plus). You are a fast learner and able to work independently.
You are a multi-tasker, effectively managing and prioritizing various tasks.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Speaking multiple languages is a plus.
Manage delivery of software and onboarding for new Appian customers and partners.
Configure application sites for new Appian Cloud customers based on their contracts’ provisioning parameters.
Assist customers and partners with accessing secure Appian Community features.
Coordinate with management and customers to schedule maintenance on Appian Cloud instances.
Manage scheduling for 24x7 on-call rotations.
Work an adjusted schedule, possibly until midnight or later, at quarter ends to support software delivery.
