About the role

We are currently seeking a compassionate Administration Officer to join our team at Hamersley Aged Care Home on a full-time basis.

Reporting to our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support across the home, providing respectful and efficient customer service to our residents and their families.

You will possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, have demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team, and to make meaningful connections with residents and their families.

What you’ll need to succeed

Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need to ensure you possess the following:

  • Cert III or IV in Business Administration (or similar) or previous experience in a similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of Influenza vaccination
  • Full working rights in Australia
