At Pure Living Properties, a leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa del Sol, we continue to grow and are looking for a committed and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Marbella. Our offices are strategically located both in the prestigious Puente Romano resort and in the heart of Marbella, the epicentre of luxury and excellence in the region.

What are we looking for?

An organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional, capable of managing high-end properties comprehensively, while delivering an exceptional level of service to both owners and tenants.

Essential requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Valid Category B driving licence and availability for local travel.
• Proven experience in luxury property management.
• Skilled in conducting check-in and check-out inspections, coordinating maintenance and delivering outstanding client service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a hands-on attitude.

Valued skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
• Experience using property management software or CRMs.
• Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Knowledge of additional languages (such as French, German, Arabic, etc.) is highly valued.
