Formación

Job Opportunity: Cloud Systems Administrator + Operations (Remote in Spain)

Are you ready to join a strategic project with one of the leading multinational companies in the telecommunications sector? BCNC Group is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator + Operations with at least 3 years of experience in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Analysis, communication, deployment, engineering, and end-to-end testing of services to ensure continuous service evolution.
  2. Executing scheduled tasks, providing support, resolving, and tracking incidents.
  3. Monitoring SLAs, participating in weekly on-call shifts with availability.
  4. Debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
  5. Collaborating with the development team regarding troubleshooting issues.
  6. Identifying and documenting bugs.
  7. Creating documentation and interacting directly with local teams to resolve technical problems and queries.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the described functions and a minimum of 1 year working with Kubernetes at the operational and file analysis level.
  • Experience with public or private cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
  • Proven experience with the ELK stack.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Splunk, FluentDB, including deployment, operation, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience documenting with tools like Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
