Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia en un rol comercial.
  • Habilidades demostradas en redacción y negociación de contratos.

Descripción del empleo

  • To support or self-conduct with the Head of Airbus, Avio and Collins Business, Head of OCCAR Business and Head of Business Management all contract drafting and contract management aspects of the EPI’s business with customers.
  • To coordinate all stakeholders’ activities related to his / her allocated opportunities.
  • To conduct discussions and T&Cs activities leading to contract implementation.
  • To be the front office and the primary focal point with OCCAR, related to the contract.
  • To liaise with other members of EPI e.g Engineering, Finance, Sales, Procurement and Programme as required to deliver their accountabilities and provide contractual guidance.
  • To lead and manage the contract change process from contract draft and initial business case via approval and mandate to negotiation and finalization of a contract or contract amendment with the customer.

Accountabilities :

  • To report to the Head OCCAR Business, and provide support in the pricing policy to comply with EPI objectives.
  • To comply with the associated commercial support requirements of organisational needs coming from other directorates.
  • To be compliant with the EPI Commercial processes and the EPI Quality Management System.
  • To communicate on a regular basis across the EPI organisation and Partner Companies regarding the status of business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • To support sales activities through the different phases: customer requirement capture, proposal release, negotiation, contract signature, hand-over (including lessons learned).
  • To coordinate the interface with the Business activities and the customer.
  • To coordinate the activities related to his / her allocated business opportunities internally within EPI and with Partner Companies for the contracts.
  • To coordinate, prepare and support the negotiation of commercial offers with the customer in respect of new or additional business.
  • To conduct and/or support the related internal EPI/Partner Companies approval process.
  • To coordinate within the organisation and prepare contract drafting where required.
  • To support the associated Head of in discharging his/her accountabilities to deliver EPI’s contractual requirements. To ensure compliance of proposals to the EPI pricing policy.
  • To support the Contract Management for the Turnover and Cash portion of the relevant business activities.
  • To support the organisation in the identification and management of contract risk.
  • To support and/or conduct contract management activities as required by EPI to the best achievable business advantage.
  • To liaise with other members of the Department (e.g. Finance, Procurement) and Programme and Aftermarket Directorate as required, assisting them to deliver their accountabilities.
  • To participate in a continuous improvement plan with the EPI OCCAR commercial team.
  • To be the preferred point of contact for OCCAR, and to transfer the questions/concerns to the relevant department.

Profile :

  • Education: Grade.
  • Specialization: Business Administration.
  • Experience Years: 3-5 years.
  • People reporting to this position: 0.
  • Experience in a Commercial role.
  • Some knowledge of the government contracting environment will be a plus.
  • Demonstrated contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • English language proficiency and potentially Spanish language.
  • Technical knowledge on engine and engine support.
