Admin, Events & Marketing Coordinator

HARD SKILLS

  • Bachelor in International Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Very high level English, written and spoken.
  • Other languages valued.
  • Two years of experience in international trade / logistics.
  • Knowledge of office, Power BI, CRM (Clientify), WP and social media.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Availability to travel

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Organize / update digital files and profiles of members.
  • Customer service to existing clients.
  • Perform admin tasks and CRM updates for managers.
  • Prepare and process documents such as reports, spreadsheets, agendas, memos, posts, presentation, etc.
  • Collaborate in content creation, manage social media and marketing strategies.
