We are seeking a management professional with a strong focus on quality service, dedicated to achieving the organization’s mission and improving results.

The Deputy / Assistant to the Management will support the General Manager in preliminary analysis and decision-making in operational, economic, and business expansion areas.

Main Functions
  1. Management Policies: Drive policies to ensure proper functioning and continuity of operations across all areas and centers, maintaining optimal quality, perceived quality, and efficiency.
  2. Economic Responsibilities: Ensure the reliability of financial information, manage the organization’s budget, and oversee internal control procedures for management operations.
  3. Operations: Negotiate supply terms with providers, promote continuous process improvements, monitor activities, and define indicators to analyze service efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Business Expansion: Analyze the profitability of products and services, propose new lines of activity for investment or divestment, and lead the setup of new centers.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or specialized postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the social or healthcare sector.
