Shimano Europe Group in Madrid offers a part-time internship in our Credit Control team. You will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounts receivable operations within an international finance environment.

The role includes timely collections, following up with clients, handling billing inquiries, and assisting in reviewing payment terms. It is designed for a student or apprentice for at least 6 months, with studies in Finance or Accounting.

Formación

• Student or apprentice able to do an Extracurricular contract for at least 6 months.
• Experience or studies in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance subjects.
• Good interaction skills, hands-on mentality and critical attitude.
• Capable of working independently, structured and accurate.
• Good language skills in Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely collections from Sale invoices, including contacting customers about overdue invoices.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Support customer queries and phone calls related to billing, payments, and account status.
• Assist in reviewing and updating payment terms in customer accounts.
