Refinery89, headquartered in Madrid, is seeking a Finance Intern (Prácticas) to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-growing, international company.

This full-time internship, based at our Madrid office, runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No prior experience required; full training and guidance will be provided to help you gain practical exposure to accounts payable, reconciliations, and expense processing.

Formación

• Must be able to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with your university or educational institution.
• Full-time availability for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
• Available to work on site from Madrid office.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Record and book incoming invoices in Accounts Payable across entities.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process employee expenses according to policy.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with recurring accounting activities and other Finance tasks.
