Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Odoo, Oracle, or SAP.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team. If you look for a dynamic, international and diverse team as well as opportunities to grow, you are in the right place.

Your Responsibilities :

• Enter supplier invoices accurately on our system (currently Odoo) as required
• Ensure the AP ledger in maintained and reconciled accurately
• Send invoices to manager or department head for approval
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit
• Cost center accounting. Accounting records
• Prepare tax forms with the help of the fiscal consultant. Handle tax deadlines.
• Other ad hoc tasks

What we expect from you :

• Experience of at least two years in accounts payable or similar.
• Demonstrable competence in accounting and business management software, Odoo or similar (Oracle, Sap, ecc...).
• In-depth knowledge of accounting rules and regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• English and Spanish, an additional European language is a plus
• Right to work in Spain.
