An established industry player is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for a temporary contract from April to July. In this role, you will manage vendor inquiries, process invoices, and assist with month-end closing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Economics, along with 1-2 years of experience in the accounting field. Proficiency in SAP and advanced skills in Excel are essential, as well as fluency in English and Spanish. At Gracia101, we're looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our team.

Responsabilities :

  • Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely response to vendor inquiries and invoice processing
  • Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with month-end closing, including AP aging reports and accruals

You bring

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, or similar background.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in the accounting department.
  • Knowledge and regular practice of SAP will be a plus.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Advanced level in Excel.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish, French will be a plus.
