Job summary

BDP International is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP activities for Spain and Portugal. You will coordinate invoice processing, payments, and vendor communications within a finance team in a permanent role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least 2 years of experience, with strong English (B2) skills for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable activities for Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Accounts Payable processes for Spain and Portugal.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities for PSA BDP.
• Checking incoming invoices, cooperation with PSA BDP Operations.
• Communication with vendors, PSA BDP entities and staff, etc.
• Booking of settlements and payments.
• Manage AP tasks independently and follow up issues to closure .
• Other tasks to support Finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Key Performance Indicators as determined globally and locally.

Job Requirements

• Education in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Good English communication skills: both oral and written (minimum B2 level)
