• Manage AP tasks independently and follow up to closure.
• Other tasks to support Finance functions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant KPIs as determined globally and locally.

We are currently looking for a Project Cargo and Heavy Lift Manager in France. This position supports the commercial development, bidding, procurement, planning , coordination, and execution of project cargo and heavy lift movements, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery in line with customer and company requirements.

Scope

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable activities for Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for Accounts Payable processes for Spain and Portugal.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities for PSA BDP.
• Checking incoming invoices, cooperation with PSA BDP Operations.
• Communication with vendors, PSA BDP entities and staffs, etc.
• Booking of settlements and payments.
• Manage AP tasks independently and follow up issues to closure
