Hyatt in Palma de Mallorca seeks an Accounting Specialist to support vendor invoice processing and rebilling activities within Corporate Finance. You will ensure complete, correctly coded documentation and help prepare rebilling schedules for hotel costs, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and ongoing process improvements in a global hospitality group. Hybrid work with two remote days per week, based in Palma.

Formación

• Degree or vocational/technical qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with shared service centres or outsourced accounting teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with internal departments to collect vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Prepare complete invoice submission packages with documentation, barcode pages, and coding support.
• Review invoice coding information (business unit, account, department, tax) per procedures.
• Submit invoice packages for processing and follow up on queries or documentation needs.
• Support rebilling documentation for costs to be recharged to hotels, including schedules and Excel files.
• Maintain up-to-date Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable master data.
• Collaborate with Accounting colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Escalate non-routine or unclear accounting, tax, or allocation matters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance administration processes.
