Fagron Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader to guide a diverse AP team within our Shared Service Center. You will manage daily operations, ensure accurate invoice processing, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role involves collaborating with Finance and Procurement, supporting month-end close, ensuring controls, and leading projects to optimize cross-functional processes in an international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Several years' experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in international/shared services.
• Experience leading an AP team and managing vendor relations.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and workflow tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Oversee end-to-end AP process, invoices, expenses, and payments within SLAs.
• Monitor workload, KPIs, and ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Serve as escalation point for complex AP issues and vendor queries.
• Ensure timely, accurate vendor payments and maintain supplier relationships.
• Review and improve AP processes with automation and standardization.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and policies compliance across processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders on cross-functional improvements.
• Participate in projects related to process improvements and system implementations.
