Formación

Job Description

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for the daily reconciliation and posting in SAP of supplier invoices against internal reservation system records, including dispute resolution processes.

In charge of maintaining a clean AP ledger and preparing bi-monthly payment runs to suppliers on time.

This role serves as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding processing and reconciling supplier invoices, requiring close interaction with external suppliers and internal departments.

Participate actively in monthly closing tasks related to the AP area (cost of goods sold) and control risks related to breakage by monitoring open and uninvoiced bookings.

Contribute to optimization and standardization processes related to supplier invoice processing and reconciliation.

Accountabilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of the AP sub-ledger by timely and precise accounting of transactions.
  • Reduce negative breakage risks by tracking delayed invoices.
  • Follow internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets, mainly cash assets.
Skills
  • Excellent organization, structured planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive mindset to drive positive change.
  • Good command of English.
Experience
  • Completed education as an accountant is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented company or in an international environment.
