Grupo Oesía busca un Técnico Contable (Inventario de Activos) para un proyecto en Madrid. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años de experiencia, un título relacionado y habilidades avanzadas en gestión de inventarios, particularmente con Sorolla2 (GDI). • Experiencia de al menos 2 años como Técnico Contable.
• Conocimientos avanzados del Plan General de Contabilidad del Sector Público.

• Realización de proyectos de gestión de inventario para el sector público.
• Reconciliación física-contable de inventarios organizacionales.
• Supervisión del trabajo de campo y manejo de consultas.

We are looking for an Accounting Technician (Asset Inventory) to join an important project located in Madrid in an on-site job modality.

What are we looking for?

• An Accounting Technician (Asset Inventory) with at least 2 years of experience.
• Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Mode of work: on-site.

Requirements:

• Experience using the Inventory Management Module of the Sorolla2 (GDI) application.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to different locations.
• Advanced knowledge of the Public Sector General Accounting Plan.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Experience in carrying out at least 4 projects involving physical-accounting inventory management of assets for public administration or in the public sector using Sorolla2 (GDI).
• Physical-accounting reconciliation of organizational inventories.
• Inventory update/load processes in the Sorolla2 GDI application.
• Supervision and guidance of fieldwork.
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Cancellations and corrections in Sorolla2 GDI.
