A leading IT infrastructure provider is seeking an Accounting Specialist for their Spain operation. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of in-house experience, fluent German, and familiarity with accounting software, contributing to various accounting processes while participating in company growth initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years in-house work experience in accounting or equivalent.
• Fluent in German (B2-C2).
• Proficiency in DATEV / Microsoft F&O.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices ensuring compliance with policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Support in-month and year-end close activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting
• Fluent German (B2-C2)
• Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O)
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Invoice processing (including ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements)
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Credit card management
• Support in-month and year-end close activities
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives
