• 3+ years of in-house work experience in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in German.
• Experience with invoice processing and payment runs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute payment runs and manage credit cards.
• Support in-month and year-end close activities.
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting
• Fluent German (B2-C2)
• Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O)
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Invoice processing (including ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements)
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Credit card management
• Support in-month and year-end close activities
• Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives
