ABOUT THE JOB
The Accounting Officer will be part of the Accounting Team in our Barcelona Campus. Supporting the accounting department with the invoicing, reconciliation of money received and collection of the student's tuition fee.

1. Assist in creating & preparing the student invoices before the start of the semester/term
2. Assist in creating credit notes
3. Assist in sending invoices and reminders to students (direct communication)
4. Assist in preparing contracts and manage the student instalment plans
5. Assist in preparing payment confirmation and other correspondence
6. Update the shared list between Academic and Accounting departments – to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
7. Reconcile payments received and upload bank statements into the accounting system

Account Payable

1. Control incoming invoices and upload on our supplier invoice platform (yooz).
2. Coordinating with the academic department to build the student list before the start of each semester.
3. Support in booking invoices and keeping the accounting books up to date.
