Formación

• Experience in managing financial reporting and team leadership is crucial.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of 3 people, ensuring end-to-end accounting processes, driving departmental improvements, and partnering with process stakeholders to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and internal controls.
• Be responsible for financial reporting, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory audits and reporting requirements for internal and external purposes.
• Implement quality controls over financial transactions and reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Act as the liaison between local finance teams and headquarters to provide insights on financial performance.
• Manage IFRS adjustments versus local regulations and reporting needs.
• Train staff to support company development.
• Partner across the organization to build strong relationships.
• Set and review team goals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of 3 members.

• CAPEX control
• Managing external audits
• Cash flow reporting
• Payroll control and accounting
• Tax review
• Defining accounting processes for new products
• Ensuring new products comply with local regulations
