Who we are?

The Finance Team is the main responsible of managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable and receivable.

We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager that will help us to establish a roadmap to transform and manage the accounting and tax area, and manage the daily financial operations.

What will you do?

• Participate in and own areas of the monthly and yearly closings, as well as perform daily bookkeeping.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and completeness across different companies within the group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations across different geographies.
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures, especially for accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting tools and software.
• Continuously improve financial processes to support company scalability.
• Prepare for and support annual audits, including compiling required documentation.
• Generate financial reports and KPIs for internal stakeholders upon request.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting manager experience, with at least
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish GAAP and local tax legislation.
• Experience managing all areas of accounting operations.
• Proficiency with accounting software – NetSuite a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial compliance.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
• Proven capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA a plus).
