Mission of the position :

Managing a team of 3 people. The main role will be to ensure end-to-end management of the accounting process, driving improvements across the department, and partnering with other process stakeholders to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and internal control, enabling the finance team to focus on its core business.

Be responsible for financial reporting, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with local statutory audit and reporting requirements for both internal and external purposes.

Implement quality controls over financial transactions and reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Serve as the liaison between local finance teams and HQ to provide insights on financial performance.

Manage IFRS adjustments versus local and reporting requirements.

Enable staff development through training to support company growth.

Actively partner across the organization to build strong relationships.

Set and review team goals and targets to achieve operational results aligned with strategy.

Lead and develop a team of 3 people.

Additionally, manage :

• Accounting closing and consolidation
• CAPEX control
• External audit management
• Cash flow reporting
• Payroll control and accounting
• Tax reviewing
• Define accounting flux in new products
• Ensure new products comply with local regulations
