Could you be the Accounting Coordinator - AMETSIS (Getafe) we’re looking for a permanent role?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge in managing accounting activities (industrial / general accounting) for both statutory financial statements and internal management reporting purpose expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll support on the managing of accounting system to provide “ready to use” figure for controlling dept. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Auditors, Customers, Suppliers, Financial department), p rovide technical advice and guidance to less experienced staff, support business and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing accounting activities and resources in his area of responsibilities, but also organize the accounting services, procedures and implementation
We’ll look to you for:
To collect all necessary data for closing
Coordinate all the actors involved the closing process (in finance and external to finance)
Provide all the requested data for any kind of actual and forecast reporting
Ensure all necessary support to internal control
Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulations activities
Ensure the application of all statutory , management and fiscal rules – with special attention to their evolution during the timeframe and the business changes
Be responsible of issuing all invoices to customers
Supervise account receivables posting
Follow up projects invoicing and costs

University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or related.
Knowledge of Accounting
English level intermediate
Minimum 2 years of experience on Finance or Accounting.
Desirable knowledge of SAP.
