Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Spain is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance strategic projects team within Controllership. You will help design and implement GL solutions, drive process improvements, and support SAP GL implementations across global operations.

The role collaborates with business units and global accounting networks to deliver timely financial insights, manage master data, and ensure accurate month-end closes while promoting continuous improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-8 years of experience in Controllership.
• Strong SAP technical skills and SAP experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office; SAP.
• Experience with SD/Billing processes and GL postings.
• Experience with month-end close and financial statements.
• Master data knowledge (Cost Center/GL/Vendor/Customer).
• Coordinate global teams and manage multiple items.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize general ledger solutions for global controllership teams.
• Assist SAP implementations for GL and drive automation across ERP projects.
• Support data onboarding for ERP transformations and master data management.
• Provide ongoing status updates on milestones, dependencies, risks, and resolutions.
• Train business teams to ensure smooth transitions and effective user adoption.

The purpose of this role is to deliver the Finance objectives while partnering with the business and functions to ensure that all project requirements are delivered according to the project timelines.Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!Design, create and build general ledger solutions for use by global controllership teams.Assist global team to develop new solutions and to drive automation.Assist on SAP implementations for GL.Assist with data take on for all ERP & transformation projects.Design and Implement Misc.
