Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8 years of Controllership experience.
• Excel/Access/Office/SAP a must.
• Local GAAP accounting knowledge.
• Team leadership experience.
• Continuous Improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and build general ledger solutions for global controllership teams.
• Assist in developing new solutions and drive automation.
• Support SAP implementations for GL processes.
• Handle data intake for ERP and transformation projects.
• Organize and report project milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Train business teams on changes and new processes to ensure smooth adoption.
