Accounting & Administration Senior Technician

Our company, currently undergoing a growth process, needs to add a Senior Accounting Professional to our Accounting and Finance department, who will report to the company's CFO.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the correct execution of the assigned accounting and administrative processes.

Your role will be:

• Accounting:

• Registering accounting movements.
• Managing accounting for invoices to suppliers.
• Forecasting and processing payments to suppliers.
• Handling bank accounting.
• Entering checks and receipts.
• Managing collection claims.

• Administration:

• Document filing.
• Controlling travel expenses.
• Invoicing (sales and after-sales).
• Collaborating with audits.

We look for:

• Specialized Technician in Accountancy and Administration.
• University Degree in Accountancy or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions.
• Highly organized professional, with teamwork skills, attention to detail, adherence to rules, and commitment to quality.
• Able to work 30 hours per week.
