Job Description

This is a temporary position for 18 months, with the possibility of extension. It offers an opportunity to work at a market-leading company within an organization that encourages initiative and consultation. The role includes training and courses to support your personal development.

Tasks and Qualifications
Tasks:
  • Assist management with daily accounting and financial responsibilities
  • Maintain general accounting records and serve as the contact person for the shared service center regarding accounting and finance matters
  • Conduct monthly reviews of accounts (balance sheet and charges) and perform consistency analyses
  • Manage the AEAT mailbox
  • Support monthly closing tasks and prepare weekly documentation for bank processing
  • Assist the Shared Service Center with reporting packages, balance sheets, and accounting annexes
  • Participate actively in the implementation of a new accounting and management tool
  • Understand and analyze the financial and accounting processes of the new tool
  • Test processes, generate reports, and participate in resolving issues
  • Manage data migration in collaboration with other financial services
  • Monitor customer collections alongside the shared service and management teams
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with existing rules and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in general accounting
  • Qualification: Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Broad knowledge of IFRS and PGC accounting standards
  • Deep knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
  • Proficiency in Business English
  • Proactive, autonomous, and a team player
  • Detail-oriented in accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Desirable: experience in a consulting or audit firm
