Formación

  • 5 years’ Senior Project Management experience.
  • Experience with Pharma accounts is preferred.

Oversees established process workflow and ensures that team members understand and perform their duties or delegated tasks properly. Responsible for supervising team performance and providing constructive feedback and coaching to gauge satisfaction and success. Main point of contact with stakeholders on the day-to-day operational level. Must have excellent communication skills and a passion for organization, being agile and passionate about team needs. Expertise as a Senior Meeting Planner.

What you’ll do on a typical day :

  1. Assign new requests to the Meeting Planners (in agreement with the Operations Team Leader - OTL) and coordinate the team’s workload to ensure events are delivered to specifications and high standards.
  2. Coordinate established process workflow and ensure that meeting planners / admins understand and perform their duties or delegated tasks accurately.
  3. The OTL establishes priorities with the Account Supervisor - ACS - who ensures they are met, advising the OTL of any problems or delays that need to be managed and/or intervened.
  4. Hold operational meetings with the meeting planners to assess workloads, offer assistance, and identify opportunities or risks, providing quick and efficient solutions.
  5. For strategic, high-volume, and complex projects, the ACS and OTL serve as the main points of contact for the stakeholders, ensuring proper involvement and knowledge sharing.
  6. Supervise team performance, provide feedback, and mentor to ensure satisfaction and success.
  7. Act as the point of contact between the team and stakeholders for operational issues.
  8. Participate in scheduled operational calls with stakeholders such as qualifying calls and weekly updates.
  9. Manage deadlines and progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  10. Improve workflow processes whenever possible.
  11. Support the OTL and advise on necessary involvement.
  12. Guide and train new team members to understand client expectations.
  13. Demonstrate delegating skills to promote teamwork and motivation.
  14. Make operational decisions on a smaller scale compared to the OTL.

What we’re looking for :

5 years’ Senior Project Management experience.

  • Knowledge of Amadeus is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Cvent is a plus.
  • Experience with Pharma accounts is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with various tools and platforms.
