Account Success Manager - French Market - Paternity Leave

Role Overview : Help manage our current client portfolio, act as the main contact for clients, and support growth through prospecting and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Grow our customer network through prospecting and sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales prospects and a database
  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption within existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle
  • Negotiate commercial terms and make decisions within authorized limits
  • Represent our brand positively
  • Manage collection of account arrears

Requirements :

  • Native French speaker with good English skills
  • Experience in account management or sales; lead generation market knowledge is a plus
