The Role: For this role, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.

Here's what you'll get to do:

• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Review and reconcile customer accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments from customers
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve billing issues
• Assist in other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite preferred
• Experience with Hubspot and Stripe is preferred but not required

This is a part-time position in Barcelona, Spain with a duration of approximately 6 months averaging about 16 / 20 hours per week. If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts receivable and are available to start immediately, we encourage you to apply.

• First stage: Interview with the People Team at AirDNA (Online 30min)
• Second stage: Meet our AR Clerk and our AP / AR Specialist (Onsite 45min)
• Third stage: Meet the Hiring Manager (Online 30min)
