Formación

• Bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish; fluent in English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Contract type : Temporary

Purpose

Support the Accounts Payable (AP) function by handling invoice processing, payment preparation, expense report review, supplier maintenance, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

How can you help us?

• Process and verify incoming invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Create and maintain supplier records
• Execute timely invoice payments
• Review, follow up on, and process employee expense reports
• Manage SII (Immediate Supply of Information) compliance
• Support finance-related projects
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Perform other duties related to the AP function as needed

Are you our match?

• Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish; fluent in English.
• Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Accounts Payable.
• Technical Knowledge : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Communication & Negotiation : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
