Who will you be working for?: Our partner is an innovative company focused on providing all the information you need on car repair. Their core mission is to act as the “Wikipedia” for car repair and support safer, more environmentally friendly driving.

What is this job about?: As Account Manager, your main purpose will be demonstrating excellent communication skills with customers. You will build strong relationships with assigned customers, achieve high customer retention, and identify opportunities to sell company products and services.

Your challenges:

  • Manage customers
  • Support account management and revenue growth
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Oversee customer retention and sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends
  • Process renewals and contract amendments
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Billing, Operations, and Support departments
  • Build relationships with industry leaders and influencers
